M. - a kid kidnapped
Duration: 23 Min
Director Cimpoesu Dan
Synopsis: The documentary shows the drama of a family whose child was taken by the French child welfare. After years of trials, the father looses his faith in the official justice and kidnaps his kid in order to place him with the kid's grandmother, in Romania. The movie tries to find out who's right, the father or the French authorities, by interviewing various people: the neighbors, a French writer who wrote a book about the French foster care system, people in similar situations, but also by presenting family recordings with their child, within the limits offered by the French law.
